Our goal is to offer the highest quality hair care products available and to provide exceptional customer service at each opportunity. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with any of our Hair Care products you may return the unused portion and exchange for any product of equal or lesser value. Or, return for a full refund (less the cost of shipping).
Returns must be within 30 days of original purchase with only 25% total product used per container.

Due to the high demand of our stylists, The Frame Salon may require a non-refundable deposit to hold each booking. In the event that you have to reschedule an appointment, the Frame Salon may require a 48-72 hours notice. In addition, we send out a confirmation reminder 24-72 hours prior to the appointment.
If 48 hours notice is not given, you may lose the deposit for the service that was scheduled to be performed. No shows are included under this policy.
Please be aware, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services to be performed by that stylist. Our team will do our best to accommodate your needs.
However, we understand emergencies happen and will consider the circumstances before applying any late fees. We just ask that you respect our time and our other clients’ time as we do yours.
